Unique Team-Building and Incentive Programs

Team Rover Adventures wants to change the way companies perceive corporate team-building by creating exciting ways to generate the results they want. Our programs include an intellectual component derived from team dynamics and risk taking. The programs include many of the components of leadership development; they challenge, motivate and connect people in an informal, friendly environment. We deliver tangible results with a well-defined program.

We offer several styles of programs to fit the needs of your group. Whether you are looking for a traditional team-building program or an informal group event, Team Rover Adventures is able provide your company with a program to suit your needs.

Land Rover Team-Building Programs:

Our Land Rover programs are able to accommodate groups up to 36 participants. The groups are broken down into ‘teams’ and drive their team vehicle through a series of off-road trails specifically created for our program at the Marriott Ranch, while other participants will be involved in ropes courses, GPS courses and other activities. We provide an exciting and purposeful team-building program where learning and experiences translate back to your company environment.

GPS Geocaching Team-Building Programs:

In addition to the off-road programs, Team Rover Adventures provides GPS Geocaching team-building programs. These programs are able to accomdate well over 100 people. Participants spend the afternoon as three or four person teams. Each team is equipped with a GPS unit, map and instructions. Navigating the Marriott Ranch to find and log as many hidden locations (caches) as possible is the goal of your team.

All of Team Rover Adventures programs can be customized to each clients needs and specific requirements.. The programs can be developed to accomodate more formal team-building elements and exercises and they can also be developed to create a more informal group event.
