Team Rover Adventures and the Marriott Ranch have teamed up to create a well defined team building program, while providing a relaxing and beautiful setting in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

The Inn at Fairfield Farm is a historic Bed & Breakfast located near the center of the Marriott Ranch's 4,200 acres. Comfortable guestrooms, a quiet library, beautiful living room, fireplaces, jacuzzi, private baths and sitting porch along with scenic views help our guests relax and enjoy that which Marriott Ranch has to offer.

The Marriott Ranch and Team Rover Adventures offers its guest and participants with an assortment of high quality catering options for their guests. Whether we are providing our participants with a pig roast dinner or a casual lunch, the Marriott Ranch can provide it on-site.
