Land Rover Team-Building Programs:

Team Rover Adventures has created a unique off-road team-building experience that uses modified Land Rovers as the core of our Land Rover program. This program is able to accommodate groups up to 36 participants. The groups are broken down into ‘teams’ and drive their team vehicle through a series of off-road trails specifically created for our program at the Marriott Ranch, while other participants will be involved in ropes courses, GPS courses and other activities. We provide an exciting and purposeful team-building program where learning and experiences translate back to your company environment.

Through a series of problem solving activities which revolve around the use of modified LandRovers in off road events, the teams are challenged to accomplish tasks through strategic planning, collaboration, organization and trust. We combine hands on off-road driving with GPS (Global Positioning System) orienteering skills. With these diverse skills individuals and groups are constantly reminded about accountability and commitment to the group by all participants.

GPS Geocaching Team-Building Programs:

In addition to the off-road programs, Team Rover Adventures provides GPS Geocaching team-building programs. Participants spend the afternoon as three or four person teams. Each team is equipped with a GPS unit, map and instructions. Navigating the Marriott Ranch to find and log as many caches as possible is the goal of your team. It is a fast-paced challenge to find your specific coordinates before the opposing teams do. The 4,200 acres at the Marriott Ranch offer an unlimited resource for us to create and team-building adventure that your group will always remember.
